Fixed-price concept phase

Silicon selection, block diagram, interface and power budgets, risk register and a written recommendation. Priced before it starts, and yours to keep whether or not the project continues.

Project delivery

Concept to fabrication package to bring-up, against a task-level estimate in person-days. Review gates at agreed points so nothing is a surprise at handover.

Staff augmentation

Your project, your tools, your process — an extra senior hardware engineer for a defined period. Useful when the constraint is capacity rather than capability.

Full IP transfer, every time. Native source files, not just outputs. EU jurisdiction. You should never be locked to a design house by a file format — and if you ever want to take the design elsewhere, everything needed to do that is already in your hands.
